Third and final workout of the day

The storm this morning really threw off my schedule. Doing 42 minutes on the elliptical first thing in the morning is just exhausting and it really messed up how my body normally recovers and prepares for 3 more workouts during the day.

First workout of the day

When I woke up this morning at 5 it was still storming outside. Loud ass lightning strikes and thunder. I was hoping the rain would die down by 5:30 because it sounded like the storm was moving away. +Koryn Pickens and I drove to the park but it seemed to be raining harder over there. I didn’t want to walk our usual 50 minutes in the rain honestly so we drove back home.

Thoughts, updates, and weight loss irritation

Today is a rest day but as I mentioned I wanted to keep walking in the mornings no matter what. So let’s talk about how it was fraking 65 degrees at 6am this morning and I sweat down my back and front walking SLOWLY. This is just not ok.
